If you are having viewing problems we suggests the following:
Two things you should check that will let you know what's happening
with your connection related to your internet provider:

Go to Speedtest.net - click Begin test. Make sure it picks a server near you.
If you're streaming pay attention to Upstream.
If you're viewing pay attention to Downstream.
This will let you know if you're having any speed issues.

This will let you know how stable your connection is for either viewing or sending a stream. Ideally you'd like to get an "A" grade.

If you get a low grade, even if you're speed is fast you're likely to have connection issues similar to what you've described.
